Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used when you visit valueproposition.design (the Site) and use its contact and newsletter forms. We are committed to processing personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Italian law.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for this Site is Hoang Huynh, 9/2 Viale XII Giugno, 40124 Bologna, Italy (VAT / P.IVA 03882031200). For any privacy matter you can contact me at h.huynh@tactical.management.
What data we collect
Contact and booking form: the email address you provide, and any name, reason, preferred date and message you choose to include.
Newsletter: your email address, together with the record that you gave consent and the date and time of that consent.
Technical data: when you visit, our hosting provider may automatically record standard server log information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the Site running.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of data, and we do not ask for more than we need.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
To answer your enquiry or booking request: on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to any engagement, and our legitimate interest in responding to you.
To send the newsletter: on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
To keep the Site secure and functioning, and to prevent abuse of our forms: on the basis of our legitimate interest.
To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking messages for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete them.
We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider and then rotated or deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Site, such as our web hosting and email delivery providers, acting as processors under appropriate agreements.
Some pages link to third parties (for example Amazon, Gumroad, Substack, Spotify and the Tactical website). When you follow those links, those services process your data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email h.huynh@tactical.management. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
